Entrepreneurship Conference To Inspire and Galvanize Malaysian Entrepreneurs
Junior Chamber International (JCI) Lead Tropicana is set to host an entreneurship conference on June 30 at Gamuda Gardens in Sungai Buloh, Selangor. The inaugural New Entrepreneur Championship Conference (NECC)- Light Up Your Greatest Treasure will feature prominent speakers from the entrepreneurship industry in an effort to encourage young active citizens to go into business by providing practical guidance for promising youth-led startup companies to grow within the region and beyond.
NECC is an engaging program which aims to develop entrepreneurship mindset by giving participants the chance to address real life business challenges as well as explore business opportunities. This conference serves as an ideal platform where great minds gather together to inspire and share ideas of best practices, effective approaches and successful bussiness framework necessary to cultivate better communities as well as a more robust economy.
“ We are excited to host this inaugural entrepreneurship event- this will be an excellent platform for entrepreneurs and investors alike to connect and catalyze the Malaysia entrepreneurship ecosystem. We will work with young entrepreneurs to further sharpen their deliverables and business sense from the viewpoints of customers, investors, marketers, and technologists in order to be as viable as possible,” said the Organizing Chairman of NECC , Jin Tan.
NECC offers a range of unique activities for particpants :
Entrepreneur Championship is a real time “ Business Game Challenge” where selected participating teams of five will be asked to solve bussiness cases within three hours and presnt their model solutions within 10 minutes in front of a panel of judges who are industry leaders.Evalution will be premised on problem deifination and analysis, ideas and recommendation, implementation or plan of action, presentation method and skillset as well as abilities to handle questions. The winning team will be awarded with a cash prize and Championship Trophy. A pre-event training will also be offered to all contestant in order to equip them with the necessary knowhows to train their crictical thinking, develop business proposals and pitches, sportsmanship,etc.
Entrepreneur Conference is a sharing session by diverse and prominent speakers on their entrepreneur journey, experience and knowledge.
